The NHS National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (N.I.C.E) has produced a report and guide for Low back pain.  It pertains to the most common form of back pain we see in the clinic and totally supports the advice we give all our clients with persistent non-specific low back pain.

The quick summary

"Prohab helped me resolve a longstanding physical issue.  While it did not stop me from doing the things I Iove, it was constantly present and would often leave me in spasm if I did too much. It certainly made my work more difficult.  The holistic approach to resolving this was the key.  Addressing the physical element together its relationship with stress, essentially re-designing how my brain processed it, allowed for a sustainable healing and recovery process.  Prohab also spent the time to ensure I had the tools to continually develop my physical resilience.  My back is incredible."
